Happy New Year!

 

Welcome back to the second semester. Time is going to really fly now - especially for the seniors. This seems like a good time to remind you that students graduate from their home high school. We also have a senior ceremony to recognize their accomplishments at Live Oaks. This ceremony is at NKU on May 12th at 7 pm. Communication about that will come from Live Oaks. All communication about high school graduation will come from your home school. Please remind your child to check BOTH their Great Oaks and home school email every day. It's a lot of information to juggle. We do our best to share information with them, and their home school counselors do come over to meet with students, but they do need to stay connected to both emails to make sure they don't miss important end of year activities.   

 

Next Thursday evening is our open house for sophomore families interested in applying to Live Oaks. Word of mouth is the best advertisement, so we would appreciate it if you would encourage prospective families to attend. We are happy to answer any questions they have. The priority application deadline is February 8.
