Earning College Credit
College Credit Opportunities at Great Oaks
College Credit Plus (CCP)
College Credit Plus is an Ohio program that allows high school students to earn college credit and apply that credit toward their high school graduation requirements.
If you took College Credit Plus (CCP) classes at Great Oaks or a college campus, you have earned credit that may be transferable to Ohio public colleges and universities. Be sure to include your college transcripts when applying to college.
Some courses are available on Great Oaks campuses; others are available at nearby college campuses.
College Credit for Career-Technical Courses
Great Oaks participates in the Ohio Career-Technical Credit Transfer program, also known as CTAG.
NOTE: Not all Great Oaks courses qualify for CTAG credit; to see which courses are included, go to Career Technical | Transfer Credit Ohio.
Articulation Agreements
For some career programs, Great Oaks has specific agreements with certain colleges. If you attend one of those colleges in a field related to your Great Oaks program, you may get credit toward a specific degree. Check with your career-technical instructor for details and eligibility requirements for these credits.
