MESSAGE FROM THE DEAN

Happy Friday, Live Oaks families,

Fall is in the air (finally!) and we are headed into October already. The juniors are really starting to take off in their labs and we love to see it!  This week all our affiliate school counselors were here to meet with counselors or students for credit checks and to get program updates to take back for next year's interested students. Many of them peeked in on their students in various labs that morning, and all of them were treated to a delicious breakfast prepared and served by our juniors in Culinary. Our students work really hard in lab, and I love watching their eyes light up when they are talking about their work. Equally exciting is hearing about the jobs our seniors head off to after their academics. I'm incredibly proud of our students.

Next week we have parent/teacher conferences on October 1. Even if you're not planning to attend a conference, please join us that evening for the Clermont County Counselor's Association College and Career Fair. We do not have school the following day, Friday, October 2.

Have a great weekend!
