Last Day of School Early Dismissal Permission Slip

The last day of school is on Thursday, May 21st.  We are not allowing students to be called out unless a parent/guardian comes ​into the school to do ​so.  If a student wants to leave after their morning lab, they will need to fill out the Early Dismissal Permission Slip form (link below).  This form will allow the student to leave without a parent having to call in on that day.  This form is ​due ​by the end of the day on Tuedsay, May 19th.  If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to reach out.
