If you don't live in one of Great Oaks Career Campuses' 36 affiliated school districts below is the procedure and documents to apply to open enroll.

Open enrollment procedure for applying to Great Oaks:

1. Fill out this Application for Admission for students living outside of an affiliate school district. (For students living outside a Great Oaks affiliated district, this application must be completed, printed off, signed and sent in with the records listed on the District of Origin Sign-Off Form.)
2. Have your current school complete and sign District of Origin Sign-Off form (Required for students living outside of an affiliated district.)
3. Have your current school submit the application with the following documents to the campus you're applying to at the address below.
   • Final high school transcripts through the end of the 2026-27 school year
   • End of Course scores
   • Discipline records
   • Copy of your district graduation requirements, including any community service requirements
   • Any services documents (IEP, 504, EL)

Applications will not be considered until after June 1^st.
