Possible Inclement Weather for Tuesday, Dec. 2nd

Posted Date: 12/01/25 (12:10 PM)

Students,

There is a chance that we could get some snow overnight.  We want to be proactive and let you know all the possible options we have for Laurel Oaks.   Please see below.

  1. Regular School Day.
  2. Two Hour Delay (Everything is delayed).
  3. Online Learning Day (Students stay home and log on to Schoology for their assignments.  There is a bell schedule to follow, so your instructor might want to zoom with you.  You can contact your instructors during your specific time that you have with them during the bell schedule).
  4. Online Learning Day AFTER a Two Hour Delay (Students stay home and log on to Schoology for their assignments.  There is a bell schedule to follow, so your instructor might want to zoom with you.  You can contact your instructors during your specific time that you have with them during the bell schedule).

Reminder, you follow your home school schedule for inclement weather on closures and delays.  If Laurel Oaks has an Online Learning Day, you are expected to participate regardless if your home school is closed or delayed.  As always, please be safe when you are driving to school, especially when the roads have rain, snow, or ice.

If Laurel Oaks closes, is on a delay, or on an online learning day, I will do an All Call announcement, it will be on the Laurel Oaks web page, and it will be posted on the local media outlets.  If you have any questions, please let me know.

Thanks,
Mr. McCool
