MESSAGE FROM THE DEAN

Happy Friday, Live Oaks Families,

Quarter 1 report cards are now available on Progressbook. We will be recognizing students that have earned a spot on the honor roll next week. This week I celebrated with Heavy Equipment Operations who had the highest attendance for the quarter. Next week I'll be celebrating the lab with the most students on the honor roll. I haven't had the chance to calculate that this week, so watch social media for the reveal!

I’m super proud of how hard our students work. It is a hard transition for many juniors coming to a new school and getting settled into our expectations. I’m also proud of the seniors that are working hard to finish their K-12 journey strong. Please reach out if your child might need some support with the transition to get on track. We are happy to problem solve as a team.

Next week is Spirit Week at Live Oaks. Participation may not interfere with lab safety and students should talk with their lab instructor about any plans they may have. Shorts and full coverage masks are not permitted at any time.

Have a great weekend!

Dean of Instruction

INVEST IN OUR STUDENTS' FUTURE

Great Oaks Career Campuses do not charge tuition or school fees as part of our mission to make career technical education more widely available. Other than uniforms, there are no costs to participate in our programs. This year, instead of asking for traditional school fees as required at your home schools, we're
inviting you to invest directly in something that makes a real impact—our Career
& Technical Student Organizations (CTSOs).

These student-led organizations develop leadership, technical skills, and real-world readiness that prepare our students for college and careers. From competitions to community servlce to professional development, your support fuels everything we do.
