Early Release Permission Slip (updated)

Thursday, December 18th is our last day of the 2nd quarter and the last day of school before our winter break.  If a student wants to be released from school early on Thursday, December 18th, they will need to fill out an Early Release Permission Slip.  This permission slip needs to be turned in by 1:00pm on Wednesday, December 17th.  If a student does not turn in the Early Release Permission Slip, the student will be on campus all day.  All students have been emailed the Early Release Permission Slip, but it can also be accessed by clicking the link below.  If you don't have a printer at home, a parent/guardian can sign it electronically.  Thank you for your cooperation and support.
