Project SEARCH is a unique workforce development program designed for students with disabilities.
Because the program is at a hospital or business, you will spend your school day at that site. The program is a one-year program designed to provide you with a variety of worksite experiences in a business/ hospital setting. During the school year you will rotate through two or three different internships and learn the skills of that career. Each experience will help build the skills you need for the world of work. The goal of the program is a job at that business or somewhere in your local community.

Classroom location: Innovation Center, Room 3 on the main campus

Possible worksite experiences are individualized for student strengths, abilities, and interests.
- Nurse server stocking
- Stocking in a variety of departments
- Pickup/delivery of various hospital supplies
- Cafeteria stocking
- Clerical/filing
- Clinical sterilization
- Environmental services
- Materials management: Cycle counting, store room deliveries
- Food service: Dish room, patient tray delivery, dining room attendant

- Credit card processing intern
- Information technology clerk
