Project SEARCH - Transition for Students with Disabilities

visit the project search virtual open house!  learn more about each location.2022-2023 application for Project SEArch

Project SEARCH is a unique workforce development program designed for students with disabilities.

Because the program is at a hospital or business, you will spend your school day at that site.  The program is a one-year program designed to provide you with a variety of worksite experiences in a business/ hospital setting.  During the school year you will rotate through two or three different internships and learn the skills of that career.  Each experience will help build the skills you need for the world of work.  The goal of the program is a job at that business or somewhere in your local community.

Project SEARCH programs are at the following locations.  Read more about these sites below...

  • Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center
  • Xavier University
  • 5/3 Bank Operations Center
