About me:
I graduated from the Midwest Culinary Institute Summa Cum Laude in Culinary Arts, Wilmington College Cum Laude in Business Administration, and a Masters Science in Operations Management from University of Arkansas. I have competed in multiple culinary competitions and won multiple silver and bronze medals. I hold my Certified Executive Chef and Certified Working Pastry Chef certification from the American Culinary Federation. I am an instructor and proctor for Servsafe, and a Foodservice Management Professional from the National Restaurant Association. I am also a Certified Dietary Manager/Certified Food Protection Professional through the Association of Nutrition & Foodservice Professionals.
