About me:

I learned how to weld as an adult at Scarlet Oaks and have been in the industry for 10 years. I've worked in customer-specific fabrication shops, welding pipe of all types for a mechanical contractor, and as a welder in a steel mill until I joined the team at Live Oaks.

What I love about teaching is getting to know the students, and the 'AH-HA!' moment when a student really grasps the concept of the lesson or makes his or her first weld.

The best part of my classroom is when the students get excited about learning.
