After culinary school, I was a cook at The American Club, a 5-diamond 5-star hotel resort in Kohler, Wisconsin. I was also an executive chef at Winegardner & Hammons Hotel Group at the Holiday Inn Riverfront.
After being an executive chef I was a general manager for First Watch Restaurants for seven years. I'm also a Certified Executive Chef (CEC) with the American Culinary Federation.
I have been in the culinary and hospitality industry for 30 years, and have been teaching for ten years.
I enjoy giving students skills they can use for a career and a lifetime.
