Schedule and Chromebook Pickup Days
August 4th from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM and on August 5th from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM.
We will be taking student ID pictures for new students during these days as well. Families will also have the opportunity to meet the building administrators and counselors.
New Student Picnic
New students are invited to the New Student Picnic from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM on August 5th. The picnic is a great time to meet instructors and students that are in the same career tech program. Please complete the RSVP by clicking here or using the QR code below if you plan to attend the New Student Picnic. Parents/guardians are welcome to attend as well.
Meet Your Instructors Night
Meet Your Instructors Night will take place from 5:30 PM to 7:30 PM on August 12th.
Families will have the opportunity to meet and speak with their students’ academic and career tech instructors. Instructors will have syllabi available and will be able to answer any questions you have about the courses your student is scheduled to take.

Proclamation from Hamilton County Public Health:
IN APPRECIATION OF DIAMOND OAKS FOR ASSISTING HAMILTON COUNTY PUBLIC HEALTH DURING THE GLOBAL COVID-19 PANDEMIC
WHEREAS, the global COVID-19 pandemic challenged Hamilton County and Hamilton County Public Health to develop and implement strategies to prevent infection and keep residents safe from disease; and
WHEREAS, one of the key pandemic mediation tactics was the fast identification, set-up and operation of sites to provide vaccine for the citizens of Hamilton County; and
WHEREAS, Hamilton County Public Health and the communities it serves worked throughout the pandemic to bring lifesaving vaccinations to locations and people throughout the County where Hamilton County citizens could best be served; and
WHEREAS, Hamilton County Public Health received tremendous cooperation, volunteerism and sharing of community resources from the communities it serves, and
WHEREAS, Hamilton County first responders, citizens, organizations, businesses, officials and communities are now recognized for their support of vaccination clinics to serve residents, while providing open and welcoming access to facilities.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT PROCLAIMED that Diamond Oaks has supported and enhanced Hamilton County Public Health's unprecedented vaccination efforts by partnering to assist and provide critical vaccinations to the citizens of Hamilton County.
BE IT FURTHER PROCLAIMED that the Board of Health of Hamilton County Public Health recognizes Diamond Oaks for its ongoing support for the health of Hamilton County citizens and for working toward ending the COVID-19 pandemic.

About inclement weather/snow days: When area schools are affected by inclement weather, we understand that transportation may be an issue. If your Great Oaks campus is open but your home school is closed, you are not required to report to school. You may follow the schedule set for that day by your home school. More information here.
