Chris Deffinger
About me:
I started with 4H, then moved on to showing American Paint Horses in youth classes, then trained horses, owned breeding stallions, raised foals, rehabilitated injured horses, received my career-tech certification from Wright State University, served as a Trustee with the Hamilton County Farm Bureau and served on multiple leadership committees during my time at Diamond Oaks.
I have been teaching for 25 years.
I love helping young people see their potential, prepare for their future, and providing daily guidance and care for not only their educational needs, but also those soft skills needed in life and the workplace.
The best parts of the Equine class are the students, of course. We are also blessed with horses, yes horses! They are awesome.
